To view a call, click
Coaching observations can be viewed in the call view within the Useful dashboard.
When a call is analyzed for coaching feedback, the observations are visible within the call playback view. The observations for the call are shown under the "Coaching" tab.
Each observation includes the Useful-generated analysis of how the rep demonstrated and the timestamp from the call where the observation was made.
Observations are generated by analyzing the transcript for the behavior demonstrated by the rep and assessing their performance.
If you don't see any coaching observations for a call, it's because the call has not been analyzed as part of the 1:1 coaching workflow.
The "Details" tab within the call view shows the participants from the call, along with your teammates. If the call has been associated with an opportunity in your CRM, the details will be displayed as well.
