💬Connecting to Slack

The Useful Slack App is how you and your reps will receive different messages and notifications so you can develop seller skills together.

To install the Slack App, navigate to "Settings" (g then s) in the sidebar, then the "Integrations" tab.

Login with your Slack credentials and install the Useful Slack App in your Slack Workspace.

You must have permission to install Slack Apps in your Slack Workspace.

Once you've installed the Useful Slack App, and you've connected Gong and setup the webhooks, you're ready to create your first coaching relationship!
