Go to
Navigate to
Click "Connect to Slack"
Select your Slack workspace
Authorize Useful with the required permissions
Note: Only one workspace admin needs to complete this step. Once connected, all team members can use the integration.
Open the Slack channel where you're working with potential customers
Click the channel name at the top
Select "Integrations" from the menu
Click "Add apps"
Search for "Useful"
Click "Add" to add the Useful bot to the channel
