Connect Slack as Workspace Admin
Go to your Useful dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Click "Connect to Slack"
Select your Slack workspace
Authorize Useful with the required permissions
Add Useful to Channels With Your Prospects

Open the Slack channel where you're working with prospects
@ mention "Useful" to mention the Useful bot
Respond to the Slackbot prompt to invite the bot to the channel
Once you add the bot to the channel, Useful will attempt to find the related Account
Once found, Useful will prompt you to confirm.
Click "Confirm" to link the Slack channel to the Account.
