Highlights are shareable moments from customer calls that you can share with your team. Highlights can be used to do things like:
- Capture a dynamite quote from a customer call 🧨
- Showcase a bug experienced by the customer 🐛
- Note a piece of product feedback you want to discuss with your team
To create a highlight, find an interesting segment by searching the transcript, or using the video player to scrub through. Select the text in the transcript and press
Cor click the "Create Highlight" button. Then, add a takeaway to the highlight that describes what the clip is about, or what you want your team to walk away with after watching the clip.
Once created, a highlight can be shared with anyone in your organization, simply copy the link and paste it anywhere to share. Anyone with a link to the highlight will be able to view it.
